We are constantly adding to our language set; If you have a project request in a language that we do not currently support we'd be happy to get it added at no extra charge if your project is confirmed. We just need 10 days notice to add a new language. 

CROSSING  INTERNATIONAL BOUNDARIES 

We have a dedicated platform that runs through the Chinese Firewall allowing projects to be run within the largest global economy and population. Participants are able to complete tasks across all devices and do not need to download any additional software or run a VPN. All activity types are supported, including multimedia uploads.

SOCIAL POST

Great for open-ended posts from participants. Entering a response is similar to posting on social media, with a mixture of text, photos, audio, files and videos able to be included.

FORM

This activity is useful for situations in which a structured response, consisting of multiple questions, is required. Text, numeric, single/multiple choice, ranking questions and media may be included.

DIARY ENTRY

A diary entry activity is similar to a form, but it can be completed and posted multiple times over the course of a project, not just once, making it ideal for longer-term tracking of behaviour.

INFORMATION

Information pages will provide participants with detailed information before moving on to other activities. An optional button can be added that must be pressed before continuing.

PIN TASK

Often called “heat maps,” pin tasks allow participants to place “pins” on an image and add comments. It helps participants to point out exactly what they are referring to on an image.

PERSONAL CANVAS

Participants receive a virtual piece of paper that they can use to create collages, mood boards, and to place items (brands, etc.) on a matrix. This is the platform’s most creative activity!

CARD SORT 

A card sort is a great visual way to organise items (e.g. products, brands, etc.) into categories (e.g. ones you know, like, use, etc.). Each item is a card with text and/or an image.

CARD SCORE

Cards are also used in this activity, but they are arranged on scales (e.g. quality, cleanliness, taste) rather than sorted into groups. An overall “score” for a particular card can then be determined.

IMAGE UPLOAD

Collect images which can be taken in the moment, uploaded from gallery or searched online. Our integration with Pixabay and Unsplash makes searching for images a breeze.

VIDEO UPLOAD

Capture the participant’s perspective for ethnography studies or flip to selfie to capture personal, candid responses. Videos can be transcribed and further analysed for sentiment and themes.    

AUDIO UPLOAD

Features a custom audio recorder that works natively on all devices. Audio collection is less intrusive and smaller than video, but with many of the benefits, including transcription.

FILE UPLOAD

Great for collecting files that isn’t media (e.g. spreadsheets, signed documents, etc). You can control which files are allowed to minimize incorrect uploads.

MEDIA PLAYER

Show participants a video and track how much they have watched. You can make completing the video mandatory before continuing to the next activity.

MEDIA REVIEW

Similar to the media player activity, however once the video is watched a form appears below the player. Great for asking questions about a video as soon as it's been watched.

SCREEN RECORDING

Great for watching what a person does on their screen, with optional narration as they use their device. Supports mobile screen recording through an integrated video upload.

CHAT

Works exactly like a group chat in a messaging app. All participants can see what others are saying and reply to them, and posts to the chat can include images and emojis.

 

EXTERNAL SURVEY

Go mixed-mode and hook into an external quantitative survey. Participants complete an external survey and are redirected back to Qualzy for a seamless experience.

MULTI-POST

For situations where Social Posts work well, however there are multiple questions in a single activity that you want to have answered and split into multiple posts.
