By creating an account with Qualzy and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you agree to comply with this anti-spam policy in all your use of Qualzy's messaging services.

What Kind of Messages Are OK to Send Through Qualzy?

In the context of electronic messaging, "spam" means unsolicited, bulk, or indiscriminate messages typically sent for commercial purposes.

In the context of this policy, a "message" means an email or SMS message sent using Qualzy.

All recipients to whom you send messages using Qualzy must have explicitly agreed to receive them or must be in an existing relationship with you as a research participant.

Every email you send using Qualzy must include:

  • A single-click unsubscribe link that instantly removes the subscriber from your project. Once they unsubscribe, you must not add them back without their explicit consent.
  • A valid reply-to email address.
  • A subject line that accurately reflects the content of the message and is not deceptive or misleading.

Every SMS message you send using Qualzy must include:

  • An explanation of why they are being sent a message.
  • An unsubscribe link that instantly removes them from your project. Once they unsubscribe, you must not add them back without their explicit consent.

What Kind of Messages Are Not OK to Send Through Qualzy?

You must not use our services to send spam. Specifically:

  • We prohibit the use of harvested or scraped mailing lists.
  • We prohibit the use of third-party, purchased or rented mailing lists.
  • You can only send emails to people who have given you permission to email them for the specific purpose of participating in your research project.

Reporting Spam

In the unlikely event that you receive any message from us or sent using our systems that you believe may be spam, please report it to us at privacy@qualzy.com.
