WE UNDERSTAND

The primary input to video analytics is what people actually say in their videos. This means that the process needs to start with an accurate transcript of what has been said. Our proprietary transcript builder takes the best of machine-built transcripts (accurate word-by-word timing) and human-built transcripts (the words are near 100% accurate everything time) to build a "composite transcript" that is perfect for analysis.

WE INTERPRET

An accurate transcript allows us to run detailed analysis on what has been said in a video. We analyse the sentiment and identify key "entities" ("things" that people talk about - a particular brand, a particular product etc.) and pull it all together so you can identify key themes, ideas or opinions. You can focus by asking to see something like "show me every clip when a person said something positive about toothpaste." and the system will collect relevant clips for you.

YOU PRESENT

We process the videos, and give you the tools needed to highlight and extract the most important things participants have said so that you can give your clients what they need - clear insights. You can winnow hours of video down to key clips and produce showreels with a few clicks. Optionally export the showreels as projects that can be opened and edited in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro for that added professional touch.
