Online Communities Case Study

Sydney-based Insights Exchange is a global research company which connects businesses and brands with global research and insights specialists. It uses Qualzy as its preferred platform for online communities research.
Founder and CEO of Insights Exchange, Nichola Quail, was kind enough to share her thoughts in a recent case study, which you can read in full by hitting the bottom below.

The relationship started some time back at a QRCA international conference over a cup of tea. The company began to use Qualzy soon after – but, when the pandemic rapidly restricted traditional face to face research methodologies such as focus groups, online communities came into their own. Insights Exchange and their researcher network began to use Qualzy in earnest.

Even since options to do face-to-face research returned, the appeal of online research and the popularity of online communities does not seem to have diminished. The evidence from Insights Research is that the ability to reach across a continent, or even further, offers too valuable a set of benefits.
