Sydney-based Insights Exchange is a global research company which connects businesses and brands with global research and insights specialists. It uses Qualzy as its preferred platform for online communities research.

Flume is an independent research agency that works hard to make brands easier to think of, buy and use by crafting qualitative and quantitative research projects that really engage with consumers.

It has been using Qualzy since April 2017. However, when the pandemic drove a need for fresh ways to connect with research participants online, its use of the Qualzy platform grew rapidly.

Since 2019 it has delivered more than 50% of its qualitative research projects online and relies on Qualzy to provide the tools and capabilities to create and optimise those projects.



Feeling Mutual is an independent qualitative research consultancy run by qual veteran, Tom Woodnutt. Tom has been working with Qualzy since 2015 and uses our platform to power much of the agile innovation research methodology for which the consultancy is known.

Qualitative research methods must keep adapt to the increasing pace of change driven by technological innovation and the demands of digital.
